Tabriz Samandar oghlu Musayev in Narimanli village of the Basarkcher region of Goycha on June 1, 1971.
Finished the secondary school of Narimanli village in 1988.
Graduated from the Azerbaijan Technical University in 1993.
In 1999-2001 he served in the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan as a senior leuitenant.
Since 1991 he actively attended in the foundation of NIPA, as well as he was the chairman of party cell.
Since 2005 he’s the chairman of NIPA Absheron region Branch, since 2020 he’s a member of NIPA Political Council. At the same time since 2005 he’s the chairman of the Iravan Freedom Organization.
He’s married, has one child.
