The colors inside the logo are derived from the national flag, and the white color stands for purity. The arrow in the emblem embodies the party’s key principles. These are patriotism (Azerbaijanism), libertarianism (freedomism), national statehood, nationalism, precedency-modernity and independence.
Although the initial version of the emblem included a sword symbol before the first congress, it was later replaced with a crescent. At the congress, an alternative emblem on a white background with the inscription “Azerbaijan NIP” featuring a red crescent and star was also adopted.
The party’s flag consists of the reverse image of the mentioned emblem on a white silk cloth.
